Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped Mon–Fri, 10AM–6PM EST from New York. Shipping fees are non-refundable even if an order is returned.
DOMESTIC
All orders are shipped via UPS (no P.O. boxes).
Standard
- Orders under $500 — $25 flat rate.
- Orders equal to or greater than $500 — Free standard shipping.
- Est. delivery 3-7 business days.
Expedited
- Prices vary based on destination.
- Orders must be placed by 12PM EST for same-day shipment (excl. weekends and holidays).
INTERNATIONAL
All orders are shipped via DHL Express.
- Duties and taxes are collected at checkout and passed to your customs office via Global-E.
- Est. delivery 7-10 business days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RETURNS
European Union Shipping Policy:
We are writing to inform you of a change to our international shipping policy. After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue shipping services to the European Union (EU) countries.
Effective June 15, 2026, we will no longer accept orders shipping to EU member states. This decision is due to recent regulatory changes within the EU. Unfortunately, meeting these new legal requirements is not feasible for our store under our current logistics and operational system.
Please note that any orders successfully placed and confirmed prior to June 15, 2026, will be processed, shipped, and delivered as normal.
We deeply regret that we can no longer serve our customers residing in these regions. We are truly grateful for the support and loyalty our European community has shown us thus far.
International Countries Outside of the EU:
All orders are shipped via DHL Express.

International Returns
We do not accept ANY international returns. All sales are final.
Order Processing & Payment
Order processing takes 2-3 business days for domestic standard shipping and international orders. Order confirmation received via email.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Products containing feathers are currently unavailable for international checkout due to updated compliance requirements. For assistance placing an order, please contact orders@bronxbanco.com.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to update your order? Please email orders@bronxbanco.com within 12 hours of placing your order, and include your order number in the subject line.
Please note that requests cannot always be accommodated.
Returns & Exchanges
Click here to start a return or exchange through our Returns Portal.
Return requests must be submitted within ten (10) days of delivery. Once approved, the item must be dropped off within seven (7) days of initiating your return.
Please reuse original packaging, or choose a box of similar size for the return.
RETURN CRITERIA
- Domestic orders only.
- Product unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have the original yellow tag attached.
- Product free of makeup, deodorant, fragrance, or any other residue.
- Product not used for photography, events, or promotional purposes.
- All returns must be submitted for approval via our Return Portal. Items returned without prior approval will be returned to sender.
- Final sale items, made-to-order styles, items purchased during a showroom appointment, and earrings are not eligible for return.
REFUND OPTIONS
Original Payment Method – $15 processing fee.
Store Credit – No fee, never expires.
DOMESTIC RETURNS
A free USPS return label is provided for eligible returns.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We do not accept international returns. All sales are final.
PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after we receive your return. Bank processing times may vary.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contactorders@bronxbanco.comwithin 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage or defect and of the attached yellow tag.
Route Package Protection
Click here to file a claim with Route.
Route is an optional add-on that insures your order during transit.
- Covers against loss, theft, or damage during shipping.
- Route is non-refundable even if an order is returned.
We strongly recommend selecting this service, as Bronx Banco is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages if Route is not purchased at checkout.
Pre-Order
Styles marked as pre-order are not currently in-stock and will be shipped by the date shown on the product page.
- Preorder dates are subject to change—however, you will be notified under these circumstances.
- Please note that your payment method will be charged the full amount when a pre-order is placed.
Made-to-Order (MTO)
Styles marked as MTO are only produced after an order has been placed. These styles are offered in our standard sizes—they are not custom or tailored.
- Production time varies, please see product page for details.
- Orders containing MTO items may be canceled within seven (7) days of placement, after which they become final sale.
Custom & Special Orders
At this time, we do not offer custom designs, special orders, or in-house alterations, as our current production capacity does not allow for these services. If you have any questions about an item, please contact us atorders@bronxbanco.com—our team is happy to assist.

MATCHING
We do not price match other retailers or online stores.
ADJUSTMENTS
Price adjustments are offered on full-price items within seven (7) days of delivery when the identical item is in-stock.
- Sale, promotional, and previously discounted items are not eligible.

We have a NYC showroom available by appointment only. Please note we are not a retail storefront and do not accept walk-ins.
