Our Off-The-Shoulder Sweatshirt with Faux Fur Trim balances a relaxed shape with a soft finish. Featuring an oversized faux fur collar that falls off the shoulder, it closes through a full-length zip for an easy, elevated line.

European Union Shipping Policy:

We are writing to inform you of a change to our international shipping policy. After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue shipping services to the European Union (EU) countries.

Effective June 15, 2026, we will no longer accept orders shipping to EU member states. This decision is due to recent regulatory changes within the EU. Unfortunately, meeting these new legal requirements is not feasible for our store under our current logistics and operational system.

Please note that any orders successfully placed and confirmed prior to June 15, 2026, will be processed, shipped, and delivered as normal.

We deeply regret that we can no longer serve our customers residing in these regions. We are truly grateful for the support and loyalty our European community has shown us thus far.

International Returns

International Returns

We do not accept ANY international returns. All sales are final.

Return requests must be submitted within ten (10) days of delivery. Once approved, the item must be dropped off within seven (7) days of initiating your return.

Please reuse original packaging, or choose a box of similar size for the return.

RETURN CRITERIA

Domestic orders only.
Product unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have the original yellow tag attached.
Product free of makeup, deodorant, fragrance, or any other residue.
Product not used for photography, events, or promotional purposes.
All returns must be submitted for approval via our Return Portal. Items returned without prior approval will be returned to sender.
Final sale items, made-to-order styles, items purchased during a showroom appointment, and earrings are not eligible for return.

REFUND OPTIONS

Original Payment Method – $15 processing fee.

Store Credit – No fee, never expires.

DOMESTIC RETURNS

A free USPS return label is provided for eligible returns.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We do not accept international returns. All sales are final.
